The writing process for career documention begins after receiving ALL INFORMATION, a signed contract, and  payment.

Project Timeline

How does the Process Work?
Complete Intake Form to determine if we are a good fit. 
Receive proposal, invoice, and contract.
After Payment is made you will receive a questionnaire.
Within 72 hours please do the following: 
1. Complete the Questionnaire
2. Provide links or copy and paste (recommended as links expire) to 2-3 job descriptions. 
3. Send Resume, Cover Letter, & URL Address to LinkedIn Profile if applicable. 

Failure to do the above within the 3-day period will result in a project delay. All payments are made in full before any drafts are sent to the client.

Upon receipt of ALL information the processing timeline begins.
1st Draft is sent as a restricted COMMENT ONLY draft to be sent back for edits & revisions.
Client makes revisions and emails them back to contact-us@theresumepassion.com.
For the final version clients receive word doc & PDF formats with restrictions removed. 

Frequently Asked Questions


How do you accept payment?

Payment is accepted via an Invoice that is emailed to you upon discussion of services and project
completion timeline. Resume Passion accepts ALL major credit and debit cards. If clients are unable to
pay via invoice we are able to accept payment through other electronic payment transactions.

What is your turnaround time?
Standard turnaround time is 10 - 15 business days unless RUSH services are purchased and LinkedIn Services are delivered 5 business days after the delivery of the Resume and/or Cover Letter when purchased together.

What is your Refund Policy?
We do not offer refunds. 

What if I only want a Standard Resume with no Graphics?
Each package comes with both a Standard and Graphic resume which is the best of both worlds. This is Resume Passion's signature recipe for success for all clients. A standard and graphic resume simply comes with the package. All clients shall receive both types of resumes to expand their options which are crucial in today's competitive job market. 

Am I guaranteed an Interview & a Job after receiving any of these services?
The quick answer is NO. However, we do not make any guarantees simply because we don't have to. There are many factors that determine the success of your job search. Some clients have landed catapulting roles in just 1 week of receiving their career services and/or documentation. Others are on a journey that takes up to 1 year. The road is different for everyone.
